CAR SEATS: CONSUMER EXPERIENCE DESIGN
A "wicked problem": A problem in which a consumer suddenly has to become an expert in a field in which they may otherwise be uninterested in, such as buying a water heater or acquiring crutches.
This mini design research study focused on the need of new parents to acquire a car seat for a child. The project ultimately synthesizes three design solutions and yields an enterprise model showcasing best practices of eliminating the road blocks of new consumers of car seats.

This project includes original primary and secondary research, a visual market audit, customer segmentation, idea visualization, creative ideation, design prototyping, UX design, an enterprise model, and competitive analysis.
