FACILITATING CREATIVE THINKING

The intended outcome of the facilitated session was not to develop a single solution to the defined problem, but rather to use lateral thinking to create multiple concepts.

To do this, design management methods were applied to help a group of "non-designers" use creative thinking methods. The end result of these experiences was be to arm the participants with a tool to use in the future that may help them think creatively and approach problems outside of traditional vertical problem solving solutions.

Two activities were facilitated: a Warm-up Activity and a Visual Storytelling Activity.
