DISNEY COLLEGE PROGRAM + SAFETY
This integration plan was conceived, developed, justified and implemented in 2013. Upon identifying a target audience of young adults (18-23 years old) that had an underdeveloped safety culture and a high risk of occupational injury, this portfolio piece chronicles the process of my personal leadership efforts beginning with connecting qualitative and quantitative data, implementing reactive safety education at a fast pace, and then creating a framework for engaging a young adult audience in a culture of safety. The end result yielded a cohesive safety story throughout all aspects of a Disney Internships and Programs experience.

Upon completion of this project's development in 2013, the reduction of incidents and property damage had exceeded expectations and the efforts were transitioned into sustainment plans owned by each stakeholder.
